Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• Be in its original packaging

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in original condition, items damaged for reasons not due to our error, or returns made after 30 days).

Refund Process

Exchanges

Gifts
If your item was a gift and marked as such at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
